• A: Our boxes use precision-cut tabs that interlock securely, creating a strong seal that is less prone to opening accidentally during delivery than simple friction lids.

• Q: Are there any specific sizes recommended for large family meals?

• A: Yes, our Large (10"x10") and custom-sized tray-style boxes are most popular for accommodating larger portions, combo meals, and family packs.

• Q: Can these boxes handle hot food directly from the kitchen?

• A: Absolutely. They are designed to withstand temperatures of hot food and feature ventilation to manage condensation and steam.

• Q: Is the paperboard safe for direct food contact?

• A: Yes, the paperboard and all coatings are certified to be food-grade and comply with international food contact regulations.

• Q: What is the benefit of ordering Clamshell style vs. Folded style boxes?

• A: Clamshell boxes offer superior structural integrity and a single-piece design, while Folded boxes can offer more flexibility in shape but require two parts (box + lid).

• Q: Is it possible to print designs on the inside of the box?

• A: Custom printing on the outside is standard. Printing on the inside is technically possible but requires specialized food-safe inks and may increase the MOQ and cost.

• A: We provide high-resolution digital proofs and, upon request, physical pre-production samples to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the artwork and quality before mass production.

• A: Most of our boxes ship flat (folded style) to save on shipping costs and require simple, quick folding and locking into place, designed for high-speed kitchen use.

• Q: What is the typical shelf life of these paper containers?

• A: When stored in a cool, dry environment, the paper containers have an indefinite shelf life, though we recommend using them within 24 months for optimal performance.
